Osborn House – Hope Cove
Deceptive from the outside, Osborn House is surprisingly spacious. The accommodation is bright, airy and tastefully furnished to a good standard. Positioned at the end of a row of privately owned former coastguard cottages, this house occupies a prime position a few yards from the sandy beaches in either direction – the village pub, shop and other amenities are all within a short walk and the South West coastal path can be easily accessed for beautiful walks to Salcombe and surrounding villages.

Rambler Cottage – Hope Cove
A pretty thatched cottage that provides a warm, cosy environment. The property has a wealth of original features including exposed beams and stone walls, and is sympathetically decorated and furnished. Mainly carpeted throughout. Rugwell Cottage – Hope Cove
Rugwell is a traditional thatched cottage which has been extended and improved over the years to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for couples or families. The roof was re-thatched in 2006 and the interior of the property, which is full of character, is presented in good decorative condition throughout. Oil fired central heating and hot water supplied by Aga. Strictly no smoking.One small, well-behaved dog by arrangement.

A cottage style annexe to a detached property, fully modernised and standing in grounds of quarter of an acre, carpeted throughout, with living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the sea views. Strictly adults only.

4 Armada Apartments – Hope Cove
One of five apartments within the popular 'Armada' development (formerly the Lobster Pot Inn). Set in a superb waterside position only a few yards from the beach and within walking distance of the village shop, pub and restaurants. To either side of the village there are spectacular cliff walks along the South Devon Coastal Path. Each of the three apartments currently available has been furnished and decorated to a very good standard throughout, most with hard-wood flooring. Gas fired central heating and hot water.
