Willow Studio – East Allington
Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet approximately 2 miles from Kingsbridge in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers with or without a four-legged friend! Salcombe is about 7 miles in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. Slapton Sands is only 5 miles from Netherton with it spectacular rugged coastline, and Bantham Sands to the west with it's wide sandy beach. The three properties at Netherton Farm Boxtree Barn, Bay Tree Cottage and Willow Studio are all very different in design but offer all guests a high standard of accommodation in a stunning location. Each enjoys the benefit of full central heating and hot water to ensure a warm, cosy welcome at all times of the year, as well as use of the fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) by arrangement with the owners – who live nearby at the Farmhouse – from Easter until the end of October (weather permitting!). There is ample parking for each of the properties and a large communal grassed area for the use of all guests. For those with dogs, there is use of additional fields adjoining the farmhouse. The owners also offer a dog sitting service in their home and walled garden if required.

Sandalwood Cottage – East Allington
Sandalwood Cottage is one of two newly developed semi-detached barn conversions at Fallapit Barton, a small development of cottages set in a beautiful rural location. The barn has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers an ideal base for family groups, walkers and larger parties looking for a peaceful country retreat. Carpet on the ground floor and oak flooring at first floor level. Oil fired heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted.

The Annexe – East Allington
Set in an idyllic country location yet only 4 miles from the coast, Higher Norton Farm offers an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams. The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary to Salcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away. If the kids have any energy left after all this activity, Woodlands Leisure Park is just seven miles away. A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge including a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, jams/marmalade and free range eggs.
